Our roofing products are certified and rated by a wide variety of industry agencies, including ENERGY STAR® (a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy) and the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC).

UNIFLEX Fluid Applied Roofing Systems applied by Milltek, LLC, have a number of different roof assemblies tested by Factory Mutual (FM 4470) standard. UNIFLEX coatings are also UL Class A Approved and meet the stringent requirements of Title 24, NSF, and Miami-Dade County Florida Building Code.
